Traveling the world instead of an office job, more free time instead of a workaholic lifestyle or swapping country life for the big city - many people dream of a completely new start. New beginnings can take different forms: They can be small, big or self-chosen.
In midlife, we become more aware of our own mortality. We may also have our first health restrictions and realize that our lifespan is finite. Many people have worked hard to build up something and then reorganize themselves. "What have I already achieved? Where do I stand? What is really important to me and where do I want to go?"
For a good new beginning, you first need the desire for change and the space for good and positive thoughts. We provide this space here in this workshop.
The first step towards change is always preceded by taking stock. Then you can decide: where do you want to go? Implementation is accompanied by course corrections and unforeseen events, as the path to change is rarely paved without stumbling blocks.
You can look forward to exchange, reflection, time for the essentials, insights, inspiration, motivation, practice and moments of amazement. Approx. 3 hours of coaching in a group every day - in a feel-good atmosphere.
