Purpose: Implementation of the application procedure and decision on the establishment of an employment relationship / recruitment.

All personal data are generally deleted when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

Application documents are stored for 6 months after the decision to establish an employment relationship and deleted after this period. In addition, further retention periods can be agreed individually with the persons concerned through consent.

Applicants have a right to information (Art. 15 DSGVO) as well as a right to rectification (Art. 16 DSGVO) or deletion (Art. 17 DSGVO) or to restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO) or a right to object to processing (Art. 21 DSGVO) as well as a right to data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO).

Applicants have the right to revoke their declaration of consent under data protection law at any time. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.
