Andreas M. Demuth
Board-certified specialist in internal medicine, holistic physician, and medical fasting supervisor (AiF)
After studying medicine at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg from 1982 to 1989, he began his medical career in 1990 in the field of diabetology under Prof. Dr. med. W. Bachmann. This was followed by training in cardiology and critical care medicine, as well as many years of work as an emergency physician. In 2002, he joined the Hufeland Clinic in Bad Mergentheim, where, under the guidance of the clinic’s founder, Dr. med. Wolfgang Wöppel, he acquired extensive expertise in oncology, particularly in the use of complementary medicine and naturopathy for the treatment of cancer patients. In 2006, he assumed the role of medical director of the clinic, which in recent years has consistently evolved into a center for integrative and preventive medicine.
His credo: “For me, health is the inherent ability of every living being to cope with a wide variety of stresses.”
