What makes a person happy and content? A person full of joie de vivre is a person full of energy. When we are sad, melancholy or even depressed, we lack energy, we lack drive, we lack vigor.
Lack of motivation, listlessness, even burnout and worse are usually associated with a lack of energy. But what drains our energy? Do I know my energy robbers? Are they "homemade" due to unfavorable thought patterns, are they fed by stressful relationships or am I in an environment that is not good for me?
