Focus on Weight Loss is a modern, individually tailored program that is geared towards continuous and sustainable weight loss. The focus is not just on losing weight, but on a holistic change - both physically and mentally. The aim is to realign your metabolism, consciously change your eating behavior and establish healthy routines in the long term.
At the beginning, you will have a comprehensive medical assessment at the Hufeland Clinic, supplemented by blood analysis and InBody body composition measurement. During your stay, you will be continuously supported by our team of doctors and nutritionists. Together you will choose the right form of fasting for you - therapeutic fasting, sham fasting, alkaline fasting or a combination of these. Therapeutic one-to-one sessions help you to understand the connection between food and emotions and to make lasting changes. The program is supplemented by personal training with the development of an individual exercise plan for at home as well as a wide range of exercise and relaxation activities.
Our proven 4-week concept accompanies you step by step: You start with a preparatory week at home to consciously get in the mood for the change. This is followed by two intensive weeks in our clinic, during which you reset your body, build up sound nutritional knowledge and gain mental clarity. In the final follow-up phase at home, we support you in consolidating what you have learned and integrating it into your everyday life in the long term.
