Exercise and well-being play a crucial role in physical and mental health and are therefore an integral part of all stays at our hotel.

Exercise not only benefits physical health (with a variety of positive effects on the cardiovascular system, muscles, immune system and metabolism, prevention of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, dementia and certain types of cancer), but also has a variety of positive effects on mental health (e.g. stress reduction, mood improvement and improved sleep quality). But social well-being with a positive sense of community and increased self-confidence also plays an important role. Overall, we see exercise as an absolute longevity booster.

Exercise programs in the house
We start every day with our communal morning exercise, which is supplemented by other activities such as Pilates, hiking and yoga throughout the week.
