Occasionally, inflammatory reactions in muscles, joints and/or connective tissue can occur after vaccinations as well as after viral diseases such as COVID-19. The symptoms can be very diverse and vary in severity. They range from minor, fleeting symptoms to persistent severe pain and/or numbness with sometimes considerable restriction of movement. Then these symptoms often resemble rheumatic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis or polymyalgia rheumatica.
It is also not uncommon for corresponding clinical pictures to be accompanied by rapid exhaustibility and a considerable loss of performance, up to and including incapacity to work, as in the case of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS).
Our therapeutic approach provides for various components that are combined depending on the individual clinical picture. Essential components can be the sufficient supplementation of e.g. vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and B vitamins as well as the administration of infusions with high doses of vitamin C, regulatory homeopathics, ubiquinone (Q10), high doses of glutathione, base infusions and propolis. Active healing fever treatments or whole-body hyperthermia may supplement therapy in individual cases. In the presence of polyneuropathy (or corresponding complaints), we especially use procaine base infusions, infusions with amino acids, but also physical applications such as biomechanical stimulation as well as Kneipp's applications. Not surprisingly, additional 7-10 day fasting cures (especially Buchinger fasting) have proven to be successful.
The therapy is accompanied by an individual sports and exercise program as well as respiratory therapy (if required).
Fortunately, the goal of such a biological therapy can be achieved solely by improving physical regulation, balancing the immune system and generally activating the self-healing powers, so that in these cases conventional drugs such as immunosuppressants and cortisone can often be significantly reduced in dose or - not infrequently - discontinued altogether.
